I love that when we start to shift our mindset and make healthier choices in one area it often overflows into other areas as well.Laurie Tossyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16435739968905733384noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2600344518364997198.post-71645261537384490492011-05-24T17:13:56.657-06:002011-05-24T17:13:56.657-06:00Very true! I offer lots of tools in both those resources. And you can also look through some of these past blog posts under that "mindset" category.

Another tool that I find really useful is to establish a benchmark. Without editing what you eat, write everything down--and I mean EVERYTHING. Sometimes we think we are eating well and are actually engaging in unconscious eating that packs on the pounds.

Keep this food journal for at least a week without trying to cut back.

Also write down what you were feeling before/during/after the eating...did something trigger the eating?

This helps you to see any patterns that are occurring in your life.Laurie Tossyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16435739968905733384noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2600344518364997198.post-52821827021836294532011-04-19T08:48:36.886-06:002011-04-19T08:48:36.886-06:00This is so true! I feel like I eat well but I haven't lost a single pound so not sure what I'm doing wrong? Any suggestions?sotm121097https://www.blogger.com/profile/00935968038890516125noreply@blogger.com
